Michele tailors her therapeutic approach to meet the needs and preferences of each individual. She uses a variety of techniques/approaches in her counselling/therapy work including: Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy, DBT-Informed Therapy, Schema Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, Emotion-Focussed Therapy, and Solution Focussed Therapy to help clients make sense of their circumstances and discover how they can use their own personal, social and material resources to cope in the future.
